Sicilian Pasta Master Class

About this experience

We are delighted to exclusively offer to Ideal Sicily guests, a two-and-a-half-hour pasta masterclass held in the comfort of their villa or apartment and conducted by our talented local Sicilian mama, Pina.

The class is held in the kitchen of your accommodation and commences at 17.00hrs and concludes at 19.30hrs when you will consume the fruits of your labour.

Pina will demonstrate how to make fresh maccheroni which is a typical local pasta and together with local grown eggplant (aubergine) you will prepare Involtini di Maccheroni a typical Sicilian pasta dish.

Following Pina’s demonstration, everyone will participate in preparing the dish together under Pina’s watchful eye.

All ingredients are fresh, local and home grown and everything is provided. You just need to turn up with an apron.
