Filipo & Pina live in the village of San Leonardo (un frazione di Gioiosa Marea) and open their dining room exclusively to guests of Ideal Sicily on one pre-arranged evening a week (subject to numbers) to consume a Sicilian feast much of which is prepared from the fruits and animals of their land.

Pina is an excellent cook and prepares the most delicious Sicilian delicacies many of which will not be found in restaurants.

As well as a host of antipasto and home baked bread, Pina makes some delicious local macaroni that makes our mouths water just writing about them! This is followed by an assortment of grilled meats all lovingly marinated and prepared by Filipo on his grill and washed down with Filipo’s home made wine and Grappa!
